OwnerCopilot collects the following types of information:

• Contact Information — customer names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses you enter into the app
• Business Data — quotes, leads, notes, and workspace information you create
• Usage Data — app analytics via RevenueCat to improve the product
• Device Information — device type and OS version for subscription management

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide core CRM and sales coaching functionality
• Send push notifications for follow-up reminders
• Process subscriptions via RevenueCat and Apple/Google
• Generate AI scripts via OpenAI (only when you use this feature)
• Send SMS via Twilio (only when you enable this feature)
• Improve the app based on aggregated analytics

3. Data Storage

All customer data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not store your CRM data on our servers. Optional cloud backup is coming in a future release.

We use the following third-party providers only when you actively use their related features:

• RevenueCat — for subscription management
• OpenAI — for AI-generated sales scripts
• Twilio — for SMS follow-ups

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above when you actively use those features, and only the minimum data necessary for that feature to function.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all your data through the app's export feature
• Delete your data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the app
• Opt out of analytics through your device settings
• Cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription management (App Store or Google Play)

6. Children's Privacy

OwnerCopilot is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
