By downloading, installing, or using OwnerCopilot (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free and paid subscribers.
OwnerCopilot is a mobile application designed to help contractors and service business owners manage leads, track customers, and improve their sales process using AI-powered tools. The App includes:
You must be at least 18 years old to use OwnerCopilot. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are using the App for legitimate business purposes.
OwnerCopilot offers three subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription management settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, in accordance with Apple and Google's respective policies.
You retain full ownership of all data and content you enter into OwnerCopilot, including customer information, notes, and quotes. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the services described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you enter into the App has been collected and is being used in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party services.
OwnerCopilot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific business situation.
AI-generated sales scripts and suggestions are provided as tools to assist you — not as professional business, legal, or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Strategic Startups and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, OwnerCopilot. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
All rights, title, and interest in and to OwnerCopilot — including the App, its design, code, branding, and AI models — are and remain the exclusive property of Strategic Startups. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OwnerCopilot at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
